If you choose younger fresher nettles, the light green small new shoots the sting is much stronger. I used these once I pushed about 3 cms of stalk down my urethra and covered the head with leaves and rolled the foreskin back over the head (I am un-circumcised) I left them in place for about an hour. The head of my cock and pee hole were so swollen that I could hardly piss for hours and the tingling lasted for about 24 hours. My piss just dribbled out and went in all directions, quite scary for a while but thankfully everything went back to normal after about a day !!
